im suffering from major body ache!!

my whole body is aching from arm to legs.

this is what will happen when you dun exercise for a long time, and suddenly exert yourself to do exercise. apparently i haven been bowling for close to a year and i have not been doing pe for... let me count... oh!! close to 3 years!! due to knee injury. (: am i pro or pro?? hahaha. clap for me.

saturday my cousin texted me. asking me if i could go bowling with him on sunday afternoon. he want me to teach him how to control the hookness of his bowling bowl. so alrights, i agreed. so i booked 2 lanes at sicc and we played a total of 14 games. gosh... my score wasnt too bad for a person who haven trained for so long!! (: rather please though. but first game's score was pathetic. open frame all the way. haha. LOSER!! =X

went home, ache starts coming. but it wasnt too bad yet. until this morning. i had a hard time getting out of bed. my maid have to pull me out of bed slowly. i was close to being a "vegetable" for a day. i had to struggle my way to school and a hard time sitting down on the floor, chair and even the toilet bowl!! argh. it was like torturing for me la :( anyway, i do hope i lose some weight after that. teehee.

hsinwen texted me today! she asked if i wanted to go mdc with her, sherly, jasmine n justin. so much as i wanted to, but i cant. my prelims are coming up soon. and i cant stay out too late. i've school tomorrow and my parents will definitely say no. haven met up with them for a long time. really miss them la. especially jasmine n hsinwen. hsinwen's kbox group disband alr. but its okayy!! we're gonna start a new kbox group. she's the president n im the vice :) wont that be interesting. haven been going kbox for ages. ehh... actually last was in may lurh.

i've got chinese o'level listening tomorrow. people!! if you guys wanna know our questions, you can tune in to fm92.4!! answer the questions along with us.

oh!! i've extra lessons after school from today onwards. not just me , but everyone in school who is taking o'level this year (: no good no good. lessons starts from 230 to 4pm. damn! having to study in the hot weather with no aircon. no clean and nice smelling clothes. hate the sticky feeling. blehx!
